Each Ágata María piece is carefully handcrafted, so we require 10 to 15 business days for processing before shipping. Estimated delivery times:

  • Colombia: 3-5 business days

  • International: 7-10 business days, depending on location

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its status.

3. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns due to the artisanal nature of our products. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we offer exchanges. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at help@agatamaria.com for assistance.
