• Processing Time: Since our garments are crafted with artisanal techniques, please allow 10 to 15 business days for order processing before shipment.

• Shipping Methods: We offer worldwide shipping through trusted carriers. Delivery times may vary based on your location:

  • Domestic Shipping (Colombia): 3-5 business days

  • International Shipping: 7-15 business days, depending on the destination

• Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.

• Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces and our commitment to ethical production, we currently do not accept returns. However, we do allow exchanges under specific conditions.

• Exchanges: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at help@agatamaria.com.

• Eligibility for Exchange: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Non-Exchangeable Items: Custom-made or altered pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

• Exchange Process:

  1. Email us with your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.

  2. If eligible, we will provide return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

  3. Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange within 7 business days.
